Tommy Sleeper

Tommy Sleeper brings more than 35 years of banking experience to Brooks Bank. A graduate of Oklahoma Panhandle State University and the Southwest Graduate School of Banking (2011), he has also served as President and CEO of a community bank, giving him seasoned leadership and deep lending expertise.

Tommy specializes in commercial lending and long-term client relationships built on trust and clear communication. He believes community banking works best when it’s personal, steady, and rooted in service.
