Minimum system requirements: You will need a currently supported internet browser tool such as: Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Google Chrome. You will also need a currently supported version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled in the browser options.
I agree to receive account statements, notices, and disclosures through electronic delivery rather than paper. I agree to provide and maintain a valid email address with Brooks Bank to ensure I can receive email notifications when electronic notices and documents are sent to me or made available online.
My ongoing consent to receive subsequent account statements, notices and disclosures electronically is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time free of charge. I may withdraw consent by contacting any Brooks Bank location or by emailing us. This cancellation is subject to Brooks Bank's confirmation of my request, and such withdrawal shall become effective no later than fifteen (15) days after receipt by Brooks Bank.
Upon termination, I understand and agree that I will no longer have access to my account statements or other documents online and that I will receive all account statements and other documents in paper form via postal mail service.
I also understand that Brooks Bank will provide, upon my request, a paper copy of an account statement, notice or disclosure for a fee, as disclosed on Brooks Bank's current Fee Schedule. This request may be made, regardless of electronic delivery status, by contacting any Brooks Bank location or by emailing us.
